Now, it’s your turn to share. Tell us your Newman Story and inspire others to stay connected. Every entry joins the Faith Forward movement to connect 1 million students with their Catholic community. And you’ll be entered for a chance to win $150 Catholic Giveaway Bundle (including an Ascension Press Bible, Catholic journal and pen, rosary, St. Carlo Acutis stickers, a Marian t-shirt or art piece, and a $50 Amazon gift card).

Official Rules – Newman Connection “Share Your Story” Giveaway

Eligibility

The “Share Your Story Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Newman Connection (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and/or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on October 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on October 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, participants may enter by submitting a personal story of how a Newman Center or Catholic community (including college students, military school students, or young adults in the workforce) has impacted their faith.

Participants may submit their story in one of three formats: Photo + Written Story Submission:: Submit photos with a 150–300 word story.

Limit one (1) submission per person. Multiple entries by the same individual will not increase chances of winning beyond the maximum entry credit for format submitted. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by Sponsor from all eligible entries received, based on the story’s authenticity and impact, on or about Novemer 1, 2025. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within three (3) days, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering, you agree that Sponsor may use your submission (including video, photos, written stories, name, likeness, and statements) for promotional purposes in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law. Entrant affirms they have the rights to any content submitted and that use by Sponsor will not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; (b) technical errors of any kind; or (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or Giveaway.
